Sarah’s idea is an Ireland-based online marketplace that facilitates the exchange of goods and services by connecting buyers to sellers.
How do I register?
Click on the account tab located at the top of our homepage and proceed to register. You’ll be asked to fill in some personal details. Update the required fields and click on submit.
What can I sell on Sarah’s Idea?
The possibilities of what you can sell are limitless. As long as your products are listed as a matter of compliance with legal or regulatory restrictions or Sarah’s Idea policy, you can sell them.
How do I register to sell on Sarah’s Idea?
Set up your selling account and complete your registration.
How do I search for products?
Use the search bar located at the top of our homepage to find your preferred products.
How do I place an order?
Click on the product you wish to purchase. Select your preferred colour/size and click on ‘Buy’ to add the product into your cart. Click on the ‘proceed to checkout’ tab to complete your order. If you’re a new customer, you’ll be asked to fill in your personal details and delivery address. If you are an existing customer, click on your preferred payment option and place order.
Are prices on Sarah’s Idea negotiable?
Prices on Sarah’s Idea are not negotiable. We have sellers who offer you the best prices and deals.
What payment types do you accept?
Debit cards, Credit cards & PayPal.
How quickly can I get my order?
It will take about 3-7 working days to receive your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, you can cancel it.
Can I return my purchased items?
Yes. But the buyer must bear the cost of returning the products to the seller.
How do I get a refund?
If the seller does not ship the order within the normal delivery time, you will receive a full refund.
Is there buyer protection for customers?
This is for a period of 30 days. You are eligible for a refund if the product is not received within the buyer protection period or if the product is not as described.
